10.1 SMS Program Overview Our SMS program provides text messages for appointment reminders, events, customer service if you opt in. Message frequency will vary depending on interactions with our services.

10.2 SMS Opt Out To cancel our SMS service at any time. Just respond "STOP". Upon sending "STOP", we will then confirm that you have been unsubscribed via SMS. After this confirmation. You will no longer be able to receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply follow the process you did initially, or text "START".

10.3 Carrier Liability Carriers are not held responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. 

10.4 Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply for messages that are sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

10.6 Prohibited Content Our messages will never contain any form of the following :
